junø kang (b. 1979) is a native of korea who grew up in australia, the u.s. & france. at the age of eight, he began playing the violin & learning to program in basic.
in 1998, junø moved to boston to study computer music. during this time, he worked as an audio algorithm engineer at analog devices & then later as a composer/sound designer at harmonix music systems for their award winning playstation 2 games.
junø frequently creates & performs his own music. he spends countless hours designing & programming weird sounds. however, his more recent work explores music beyond the computer.
